If you're interested in creative expression, philosophical endeavors and communicating ideas, this is the area of study for you. In addition to a variety of degrees in this area, MDC engages students and the public with a rich tradition of cultural and artistic endeavor. Two of South Florida's signature cultural events, the Miami International Film Festival and Miami Book Fair International are presented by the College. MDC is home to the renowned New World School of the Arts, and also presents award-winning performances, readings, and exhibits that are as diverse as the community it calls home.
