According to the US Department of Labor, 80% of the most desired job candidates have degrees in STEM fields. The U.S. Dept. of Commerce sees demand for STEM jobs easily outpacing that of other types of occupations, and salaries are similarly above the national average. MDC offers a variety of degree and certificate options and the Wolfson campus offers the STEM First Year Experience, a program open to all STEM students that offers free tutoring, mentoring, and group learning experiences.
