Tia Dubuisson co-founded Belle Fleur Technologies to drive cloud adoption and help companies build and maintain modern infrastructures. She specializes in customer success with over 10 years of experience managing teams, customer centric projects using Agile methodologies, total end to end Big Data and Analytics + Machine Learning transforming data into business insights.

Earlier in her career, Tia was a microbiologist, managed various labs with experience that spans vaccine production, pre-clinical medical device and antibiotic research for TB. Tia leads the AWS partnership and has been featured in 7+ AWS blogs, numerous other content and videos for her evangelism.

Tia enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters, roller skating, traveling, and when possible having quiet time at the spa. Tia is committed to sponsoring and participating in volunteer activities, especially those that equip the next generation to use and build advances in technology.
