The National Applied AI Consortium offers active and ongoing AI training opportunities in collaboration with industry partners.
The National Applied AI Consortium is collaborating with Grow with Google to support college faculty to develop AI skills and equip students with in-demand skills through the Google Career Certificates program (now with AI training), Google AI Essentials and the recently announced Google Prompting Essentials. Community colleges can access these courses at no cost.
On November 14, the Consortium will host a webinar with Grow with Google to:
- Share how community college faculty can access the content on Coursera
- We will also share more about Google’s new course, Prompting Essentials.
- Discuss how Google's certificates and courses are used at Miami Dade College
- Participate in a Q&A session
Microsoft has partnered with the National Applied AI Consortium to prepare community college faculty to teach Microsoft AI skills through AI Bootcamps. The no-cost train-the-trainer sessions will help faculty successfully achieve the AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals certification and provide an overview of Microsoft Learn for Educators (MSLE).
This training is currently ongoing. Fill out this form to be among the first to receive access to the next AI Bootcamp.
